View the restaurant’s original menu ↗- The wine room is open from Monday to Friday from 17.30. Hot kitchen from 18.00 to 20.30 and by arrangement (after 20 we recommend a reservation).
- For your events, regulars' tables, or excursions, we are happy to open earlier and on our days off by arrangement.
- Our garden restaurant “Das Weinhöfle” is open in summer from Monday to Friday from 17.30 to 22.30.
- Wine sales Monday to Friday from 18.00, during the day and on Saturdays anytime by phone arrangement.
- All prices include service charge and 7 or 19% VAT.
- According to the Additive Approval Regulation for the gastronomy industry, we must indicate additives in food products we source on our menu. You will find the list on the last page. We ask for your understanding.
- The wine room is open from Monday to Friday from 17.30. Hot kitchen 18.00 to 20.30 and by arrangement (after 20 we recommend a reservation).
- Wine sales Monday to Friday from 18.00, during the day and on Saturdays at any time by prior telephone arrangement.
- All prices include service charge and currently 7 or 19% VAT.

- If you have a special request, we will be happy to fulfill it if possible.
- For smaller portions (where possible) we charge € 1.50 or € 2.00.
- If you waive the side dish or side salad, we charge € 3.00.

- You are welcome to view our list of allergens that may be contained in our dishes.
- All wines come from the Cannstatter Berg region

- *CANN~TELLO Series: a homage to CANNstatt, its Roman settlement, the Roman KasTELL and the KasTELL tower on the Burgholzhof and in our logo.

- Wine tastings for groups of 10 or more persons with cellar tour.
- For the wine tastings (groups), we serve bread cubes. You are welcome to order cheese cubes for an additional charge of € 2.00 per person.
- Private Wine Tasting: Upon request in the wine room. You choose the wines yourself. For the wine tasting, we serve bread cubes. You pay a fee of € 2.50 per wine.
- Sparkling wine, Secco and distilled spirits are excluded from the tasting.
- Wine tasting for wine purchase: Monday to Friday from 18.00 to 22.00, during the day and on Saturdays by arrangement.
