Starter: Garlic-roasted Scampi Prawns with Sautéed Spinach & Shellfish Cream (Wine: 2024 UBY, Colombard – Sauvignon Blanc, Côtes de Gascogne, France). Mid-course: Carpaccio of Cold-smoked Beef Hindleg with Pickled Mushrooms & Shaved Grana (Wine: 2022 Salcheto, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, Tuscany, Italy). Main Course: Steak of Beef Tenderloin with Roasted Vegetables, Madagascar Pepper Cream & Potato of the Day (Wine: 2022 Barbera d'Asti Superiore, Sant' Evasio, Monferrato, Piedmont, Italy). Dessert: Monk's Ice Cream Cake on Almond Fragilité Base with Fresh Berries & Caramel Sauce (Wine: Château Lauriga, Hors d'Age, Rivesaltes Ambré, France). Freshly Baked Bread as well as Butter & Olive Tapenade. Coffee or Tea with filled Chocolates. Wines are served ad libitum during dinner. Menu information
- The Monk's Menu changes frequently, but is served daily from 17.00
- Opening hours: Tuesday - Saturday open from 17.00. The kitchen closes at the latest at 22.00. Sunday - Monday: closed. Closed every last Saturday of the month. Parties are accepted by arrangement also on Sunday and Monday.
