- We do not store fresh products. We purchase them from our trusted stores based on reservations and on the same day of cooking.
- Remember: you will not find any dish that you have not reserved in advance. We only cook orders and Catering. Guarantee of freshly made cooking.

- We prepare trays according to the number of diners indicated by the customer. We cook them on the day of pickup and they must be reserved with a minimum of one day's notice.
- Calculate that a good portion for an adult is 300/400 gr. of meat or vegetables and 250/300 gr. for most of the others.
- two sheets of 260/270 gr. of puff pastry round 33 cm. approx. in diameter or rectangular 25x35 cm. approx.
- At A Tavola we prepare them, on request, as for all dishes. They must be reserved with a minimum of one day's notice.
- They can be served in the paella and in this case a deposit is charged which is returned upon delivery of the same; if the customer prefers, it is transferred to one or more containers avoiding having to return to the store.
- For all paellas a minimum order of 3 portions is required. Each portion has 100 gr. of raw rice.
