- About Honmaru flavor: A product inspired by "Ahiyō" (Ahiyo), famous in Spanish cuisine. The delicate umami of pork oil that rivals olive oil. Made fresh by simmering carefully selected, highest-quality domestic back fat in a pressure cooker every 3 hours, resulting in a pork oil with a sweet taste. If you prefer a lighter flavor, please enjoy it as is with less oil, in its original soup taste.
