Lunch buffet Weekly house special (pancakes with cream sauce, fried onion, fluffy mashed potatoes, fresh whipped lingonberries and pickled cucumber) plus the day's choice of dishes. Monday: Weekly house special, pepper-baked whole chicken legs with a sauce of fresh mushrooms, dill & lemon-baked fish fillet. Tuesday: Weekly house special, burritos with spicy minced meat, seasonal vegetables, hot salsa and grated aged cheese, butter-fried chicken with lemon and thyme sauce. Wednesday: Weekly house special, crispy-baked cod fillet with homemade remoulade sauce, fresh dill and lemon, Italian meat lasagna with crumbled feta cheese and curly parsley. Thursday: Weekly house special, pancakes with jam and cream, rigatoni with marinated beef fillet, fresh chili, gorgonzola, portobello and garlic oil, pesto-baked chicken fillet with fresh basil. Friday: Weekly house special, shrimp & dill-baked flounder fillet with lemongrass, meat squares with mozzarella, oregano, a hint of garlic and creamy chili sauce.
