Marlborough, New Zealand. Pétillant Naturel or 'Pét Nat'. A 'Pét Nat', also known as the Ancestral method, is a very historic way of making a sparkling wine with little to no intervention. The unfiltered wine is bottled before the fermentation is completed, giving a naturally lightly sparkling wine. This wine is naturally cloudy and contains sediment that may add to the enjoyment of the wine!
