• Paolella: Our Burrata is made from 100% buffalo milk and comes from Kremmen in Brandenburg. The Paolella family, who come from Campania (the region of origin of buffalo mozzarella), produces the buffalo mozzarella and burrata in an artisanal master business.
• Campo Beef: Argentine cattle live in complete freedom and graze outdoors all year round. The humus-rich soil, on which over 190 different grasses and herbs grow, ensures that the cattle are supplied with valuable nutrients. During their long migrations, the animals live in natural herds. The slaughter of the animals follows strict rules, with animal welfare taking precedence. The founder and head of the animal welfare organization ADDA, DR. Rudolfo Acerbi, monitors, trains, and certifies farmers and butchers always with regard to “Animal Welfare”. The design of the slaughterhouses according to the specifications of the recognized behavioral biologist Temple Grandin also ensures calm and animal-friendly handling of the animals.
• The best for last – The state quality seal: With the SENASA seal, the Argentine government guarantees that 100% only Angus beef is processed – that is, the best of the best. Strict processing standards and complete traceability ensure at all times that only genuine Angus beef ends up on the plate with Campo Beef.

• Jack`s Creek “Black Angus” (Australia), MS 3 (marbling level 3). World Steak Challenge winner 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2023. The family business Jack`s Creek Farm is in its third generation and can look back on more than 70 years of experience in cattle breeding. In the first months of life, the young cattle graze free-range, after which they build up their wonderful intramuscular fat for at least 150 days with grain feed. The feed is grown in-house. It is guaranteed to be free from genetically modified organisms, without any growth-promoting feed additives and of course without hormone mixtures. During the grain feeding phase, the special genetics of the Angus cattle cause them to deposit beautifully even intramuscular fat. These great housing conditions ensure high-quality, healthy meat with legendary marbling.
