• Our sourdough breads are naturally-fermented. Whole grains are milled in-house immediately prior to mixing dough. We use organic ingredients when available. NO bleach. NO bromates. NO additives. NO dough conditioners. NO preservatives.
• Please store at room temperature in one of these ways: (1) cut-side down on a wooden board; cover bread with a cloth, or (2) in a bread box; we do not recommend storing bread in the refrigerator; our breads may also be stored in the freezer for up to six months. If stored at room temperature, please consume within 7 days of bake date.
• We also make other breads to particular specifications and wishes of our guests. Our goal is to create the kind of bread YOU seek.

• WHAT'S THE SHAPE OF THE LOAF? IS IT SLICED? Our loaves are boule-shaped– that is, round. They are unsliced.
• PAYMENT & SHIPPING: please pay when you pick up your bread. If your bread is being shipped or ordered online, please pay at the time of your order.
