Options: 1) Jerusalem Artichoke "escargots" with garlic butter OR Escargots with garlic butter OR Traditional Finnish shrimp sandwich; 2) King Oyster Mushroom schnitzel OR Fried pike perch OR Classic sirloin steak; 3) Iced cranberries with hot caramel sauce.
