- Menu A Lappish plate: Salmon tartar, roe, reindeer carpaccio, air dried reindeer meat, wild mushroom salad, marinated ciscoes, farm cheese and cloudberries. Roasted reindeer: Cranberry sauce, potato cake, smoked parsnip pureé and winter vegetable. Buttermilk pancake: Vanilla ice cream and blueberry compote.

- Menu B Reindeer carpaccio with blueberry vinaigrette, homemade cheese, pickled mushrooms. Owen fried fish of the day (Arctic char or whitefish): Carrot sauce, smoked fishbutter, barley risotto with seasons vegetable. Dessert of the season.

- Menu C Farm cheese salad: Romaine salad, farm cheese and potato bread. Tomato-aubergine melanzane: With crumbed lappish farm cheese and beetroot sauce, deep fried carrot and zucchini. Dessert of the season.
